Yesterday my alt Elway and Falranion’s alt Amgalaras did the Inn of the Forsaken instance, it was the first time I did this one and I enjoyed it very much. It is a very unique instance. With lots of traps, secret passageways, riddle doors and a pirate-like ship it was a lot like one of my favorite childhood movies: The Goonies. For those kids who haven’t seen it, go download it now! Another reason to watch it is to see the debut of actor Sean Astin, who played Sam in the LotR movies.
Notes on the instance:
- To kill Umín you have to have a character to hold him over the traps (acting as a tank) and a healer character to heal the tank. A third character or even the healer himself has to activate the traps. The tank should be positioned as to have Umín over the traps but not himself or he’d be killed.
- Only pages 1, 2, 3 and 5 of The Journal of Captain Rabghul can be found in the tier 1 instance. It took us a while to figured that out and it is the one downside to this instance.
